Yoga postures bring blood to remain for a while in some parts of the body. Hence, doing yoga postures benefit circulatory system like exercise but it uses less force. It refers to providing concentration on the daily activity being preceded. The second is passive meditation which involves withdrawing ourselves in calm, sitting postures to achieve a meditative state. Yoga posture practice is a form of active meditation practice while pranayama exercise involves passive mediation.
