Yoga poses for the body structures
Yoga poses benefit your body structure in that when you practice asanas, your spine, bones and muscles are stretched, bended and twisted. These strengthen your body structure and improve their flexibility. Flexible spine is good for controlling your nervous system.
Yoga poses which benefit body structures are;
Yoga Tree Pose strengthens your thighs, calves, ankles, and spine. It stretches the groins and inner thighs, chest and shoulders. In addition, practicing this pose help improve your balance and stability.
Triangle Pose provides an excellent and complete stretch throughout the entire body such as the hips, groins, hamstrings, and calves; shoulders, chest, and spine. It also strengthens the thighs, knees, and ankles.
Sun Salutation is a series of 12 yoga poses which is originally done to honor the sun. It is usually performed in the morning or at the beginning of yoga pose exercise. The beginner may practice these series at least 6 times and gradually add up to 12 times per a work out.
