Headstand Yoga Pose (Salamba Sirsasana)
Headstand Yoga Pose helps build up power and structure in both the neck and the upper back. It calms the brain and helps relieve stress and mild depression. However, the beginners should not practice this pose without instructor.

Instruction
1. Use extra thick mat or folded towel to support your head and forearms. Stand on your knees. Lace your fingers together and keep some distance between the hand palms.
2. Try to let your upper arms "interlock" with the shoulder blades so that they support the shoulders.
3. Set the crown of your head on the mat. Inhale and lift your knees off the floor. Walk inwards until you have your back straight.
4. Exhale and lift your feet up from the floor. Push your wrists against the floor.
5. Stand perpendicular on your head. Make your spine, hip and chest straight. Focus on a point in front of you. Breathe in and out and stay for 10 seconds.
