Reverse yoga poses help bring blood to circulate more in your head. However, those who have high or low blood pressure and those who have cataract and glaucoma are not allowed to practice these poses.
Headstand Yoga Pose helps build up power and structure in both the neck and the upper back. Calms the brain and helps relieve stress and mild depression. However, the beginners should not practice this pose without instructor.
Shoulder Stand Pose stretches to the neck muscles. The main benefit of the pose is to get the thyroid gland working at peak efficiency as it increases the blood supply to them, as well as to the chest.
Plow Pose Yoga is usually performed after Shoulder Stand Pose. This pose is good for stimulating the abdominal as your abdominal area is contracted. The contraction helps relieve gas and stimulates a sluggish digestive system.
4. Scorpion Yoga Pose (Vrschikasana)
Scorpion Yoga Pose strengthens the shoulders, abdominals, and back. It improves balance. The beginners should not attempt this pose.
