Revolved Side Angle Pose (Parivrtta Parsvakonasana)
Revolved Side Angle Pose strengthens and stretches legs, groins, hamstrings. It opens the chest and shoulders and cleans the internal organs. This pose is good for practicing balance, improving your digestion and excretion system.

Instructions
Stand in mountain pose. Then exhale and apart your legs 3-4 feet.
1. Turn your right foot to the right and turn your left foot slightly to the right. Inhale and bend your right knee until your right tight parallel to the floor. Stretch your left leg. Turn your torso to the right and gradually raise the arms up. Keep your spine and your arms straight and exhale.
2. Inhale and slowly twist the torso to the right. Touch the floor with the left hand beside the inner right foot. Raise the right arm up perpendicular to the floor. Look at the ceiling. Try to open the chest and shoulder as much as comfortable. Stay in the position for 5-10 breathes.
