Shoulder Stand Pose (Salamba Sarvangasana)

Instructions

1. Lie down on your back. Place your arms beside your body with the palms facing down.

3. Then gradually lift your back and move your legs backward further beyond your head. Let the toes touch the floor. Stay in the poison for 30 seconds. shoulder stand pose step3 image

4. Place your arms against your upper back and try to place your hands as near as possible to the shoulder blades. Lift your legs up and bring them forward.
