Yoga Mountain Pose is the foundational posture for all the standing poses. This posture helps maintain your meditative focus, patience and awareness.

Instructions
1. Stand with both feet slightly apart (around a foot). Spread the toes and the balls of the feet. Allow the weight of your body to sink down to the four loading points of each sole. Keep the back straight and the arms pressed slightly against the sides with palms facing inward.Breathe slowly and softly. Look at a point in front of you.
